Well at least I say it...
Hence why I am offering a new map, for what seems like the 400th time for me.
The map is still in progress but I am working feverishly and getting great results fast.


This thread will contain map updates, status and media.
This map is on offer exclusively for MobiusRP for the time being unless Don does not wish to use the map. In which event i will still keep this map going and update it via this thread too.

Name - Map not named (open to suggestions)
World Time - Late night
Timeline setting - Present Day
Location concept/setting - Inner suburbs of Melbourne, Australia with resemblances also to Chicago, US. Combines modern and 1950-1970 Melbourne architectural designs to give the feel of a city that has withstood the test of time and crime but is still growing and expanding.

Amen..... I always disliked Iburg. Its like.....Like....Like a strange remake of Mecklen's hype

Iburg was amazing when Ovi was still making it for M7x.

Looks great.. However if you don't get a strong user base first not many people outside the community will bother to wait the download time to play. Maps like Iburg and Meck are good for this kind of thing because everyone already has them.

Updating first post a bit to give more info.

I was a bit harsh towards Iburg, good map overall i guess, I just prefer not to play on maps that are effectively a concrete jungle.
I'm currently working on the PD now.

Be sure to keep your entity count well below the limit.

Ok, so a name... ummm.... hows bout, Harlison City, and if possible, for the higher up buildings, can you leave the lighting in pitch black? That way certain people can move through the city undetected and be able to do things that involve the following jobs: Spy, Hitman, PD, Bug Squisher. Those are my suggestions.

No at the name, no offense intended just not very appealing.
I like the idea of dimmer lighting at the higher planes, but I won't have it too high to stop it becoming silhouettes against the skybox.
Definitely a good idea though I will keep it in mind.
