Name: John Harlan

Background: John harlan was a good kid all his life. He was a security monitor in elementry school and he loved watching justice being served. He always helped out the week in highschool and he got A/B Honor Roll in High school. At the age of 23 Harlan worked as a security guard at a bank. One day 3 people tried to rob the bank he was working at. They came in shot 1 round into the roof. John was in the bathroom when it went down. He snuck out of the bathroom. Called 911 then attempted to stop the robbery. He shot one guy in the leg, another in the arm and the 3rd guy tried to run away right when the cops came. One of the Sgts asked if i wanted to join the PD. And the next week Harlan was the lowest rank in the PD. He arrested so many people, one day there was a jail break and john had to flee the town. He ended up in Mevelport and he loved the city so he stayed. And he is now hoping he will get accepted into the PD

Have you ever played as a PD Member?: Yes, But my experience isnt much. But i can rp well and im not those pd guys that everyone hates.
Do you know what meta-gaming is?: Yes, Metagaming is where you use anything from OOC in IC. Like if a man walked up to me and i didnt know him, and he said something like "Hey John, Can you help me?" Thats metagaming.
Do you know how to RP a robbery?: Yes. I would first try and meet his demands. If he wants a clean getaway, i would give him it. Then after he runs away i would follow him, tackle and cuff him. If he had a hostage i would do anything to save the hostage and then i would get him on the ground and cuff him.
Should you ever shoot without talking 1st?: No.
