I completely agree. To make him stop the raging behavior he had, I had to ban him for 2 hours. He was cursing at players, the admin, DMing, etc.

I created a vote for the server's opinion on him being banned. 9 out of 11 people said he should be banned; one of the 11 people being AFK. so 9/10 people said to ban him. The ban options were for "One hour" "One Day" "One week" or "Permanent" every person in the server voted permanent; I banned him for two hours so he could go calm down.

Soon after, I was spoken to by Don, saying that I have to be "More fair with my bans" because Smith went around saying I banned him for no reason, that I was abuse, that his ban was permanent. I got in trouble do to a complete moron's idiocy.

If Don, and other admins, think I shouldn't deal with this ban, I understand. I'll leave the final decision up to the higher-ranked admins, unless said otherwise. I'll be watching his behavior ingame as well, so hopefully he'll stop pissing everyone off.

My take (my opinion) on this whole thing...? Well, my answer is PLEASE, > PERMANENT < BAN.

When dealing with someone like this you really shouldn't go with insulting them constantly. It doesn't help and anything he might say can be traced back to you for antagonizing him. Not only that but it makes you look like a complete dumbass, seriously? "fagbutt" what the hell does that even mean? Judging by this great and entirely useful not at all worthless evidence you seem to have provided,, I'd rather take Smith's side.

The only thing you seem to have proved is that he insulted Don. While I don't agree with him, he IS entitled to his own opinion. And again, reading this I see the only reason for his response was everyone else's constant onslaught of insults.

Everyone on the server doesn't want him on the server, isn't that enough evidence?

Yes, it should be. I'm just saying, if you're going to take the time to provide evidence you should at least provide evidence that proves something.

Further more, John Constantly dms, spams 9/11, and ooc.

All that the logs prove is that he is insulting us and the admins, and we are insulting him in turn. And with the number of people insulting him, it's obvious he is well-hated. we are just asking that you ban this kid, you can see what happens when he joins the server from the log.

Also, I know it doesn't include his insults to the people in the server, because I cut it down to what is above, to show our obvious hate for this child, and also to show that he is really lagging up the server, and trying to blame everyone else for this, etc etc. And insulting the admin, admitting it and requesting a perma-ban.

Also, I had taken a neutral stance in the issue (before i posted) and I let the kid have his chance to not DM and to do some RP. When given this chance, all he did was ask me to help him insult the rest of the server and try to turn it into a big DM (no logs, this was from like, two nights or more ago). So I'm now with the rest of the server and I say that the kid should be banned.

In case anyone is confused who "Ask Rober" is, they mean "Askrobert", my steam friends name. James Vizzini ingame.

He did impersonate an admin, I'm sure of it. Hate is a strong word, for most of you saying it... But I must agree that he is disliked with a major passion.

I have dealt with him in the past, which was a 2 hour ban as a WARNING... I was soon contacted via Don telling me that I have been unfair with my bans, but I believe he should have been banned permanently. I will try and deal with this more when I next get on the server, which should be tonight... Tomorrow is some form of testing, so I'll be arriving at home at 1:00 instead of 4:00, early-out day. In the meantime, people keep vouching, and we'll see how many people really dislike him; then we can get this officially sorted out.

Just a note for any other admins... If John is on the forums later tonight complaining of being banned, he's been banned for a reason. The only reason he will be banned if I'm online is if he starts DMing, flame wars, etc. again like he has in the past, and has a reason to be banned. In the meantime, he will remain safe (unless of course he breaks those rules)
