Background:
Born and raised in Mecklenburg, Germany Conrad was the eldest of two sons to his now deceased parents.
His parents, whom were both in the police force were shot and killed in a robbery turned bad at the local mall when Conrad was only 17.
Conrad went on to care for his younger brother for many years, working as a security guard at the mall of a night and a 7-11 employee by day.
At age 25 Conrad decided that his brother (now 19) would understand if he moved away from Mecklenburg... away from that mall... And move he did, packing his bags and boarding a plane to Mevelport, America.

Conrad arrived in Mevelport and breathed in the fresh sea air coming through from the harbor, checking himself into the local hotel Conrad quickly noticed that the mall in town was in desperate need of a security guard.
But it seemed after a year that his calling was not to keep the mall secure... Crime all over the city was sky rocketing so in a shock move to his boss, Conrad resigned from his security guard position and applied for Police Academy.
Given his history Conrad was accepted and went off for a year of basic training and initiation... graduating with above-par results, Conrad rushed back to Mevelport hoping the town hadn't blown itself up so he could have a chance at purging the city of it's rampant crime.

Past Work:
Worked as a security guard in the Mecklenburg Mall at age 25.
Moved to Mevelport at age 27 and worked as a security guard at the mall for another year before going to a Police Academy.

Metagaming is the use of IC information obtained via OOC/non-RP means... Metagaming itself gives the offender(s) an unfair advantage over other players and ruins RP completely.

Do you know how to RP a robbery?:
Ofcourse, i can't give a detailed explanation really as it depends on the exact situation at the time. But clearly the first step is to establish a perimeter around the crime scene and assess the situation until backup arrives.

Should you ever shoot without talking 1st?:
ONLY if you have absolutely no other choice and it is either kill or be killed.
However, one should generally avoid the use of lethal force whenever possible.
