Powergaming –
Forcing rp onto another player (or dodging RP) in a situation where variables and player actions should otherwise have an effect

Example –
"/me wrestles you to the ground and takes all of your weapons including hidden ones"
"/me grabs you by the collar and holds a gun to your head" *pulls out a gun without saying anything and shoots the player 'holding' me*

Metagaming –
Using Out-Of-Character information or information that you otherwise wouldn't have in-character access to, to gain an advantage in an RP situation

Example –
(OOC)John Smith: Bill John is going to rob the Diner!
*Cops begin tailing Bill or watch the diner excessively*

Why do you feel you are suited for Admin /+ forum moderator?:
Because i have experience in the field, i get along with the current admins and i know how to do the job fairly but unbiased.
Granted there was a time where my decisions were immensely biased but I've learnt from those mistakes as you are both aware.

In your words, please describe how you think a server should be administrated.
A server should be administered by the book but fairly at the same time,
should a rule be broken or a dispute arise from any given situation all sides of the story should be taken into account and punishments handed out appropriately based on the severity of the incident.
