Strictly. If someone Refuses to get an RP name, Kick them.
If someone continuously Powergames/Metagames, Warn them, if the continue, Kick them.
If someone DMs, and obviously intends on continuing, Ban them, then view their unban request.
If someone DMs for OOC reasons, Kick them.
If someone RKs, Warn them.
If someone Continues to play as a character that was CKed, Tell them to change names and characters.
