MD Director, and PD Commisoner

I need both of these players active on the forums and the server or they will have to be reduced in job by 1 rank so that we can have an active org leader in the community for these.

It is up to the mayor to make sure this is handled.

Eh Don maybe what we did last time? like 2 Police Commissioners, one American, one Aussie, that way both time zones has a active Commish.

I'm active during the school day on the forums, But I don't think I could get away with roleplaying during class. (Or bypassing the school's proxy with decent latency.) I'm active as much as I possibly can be.

Thats possibly the most intelligent thing i've ever heard.

Or possibly, not to have the rank dispute, just give the Deputy Comm the same rights as the comm (employment and stuff)

I like that idea.

Give Comissioner and Deputy Commissioner the same rights, Super Intendant should have rights to hire but only up to SGT or something.

Nah, not saying his a bad RP'er, but Commissioner is a high job, and he has to train the rest of the PD and make good decisions. He just joined the PD a few days ago..

Maybe just allow the Deputy Commissioner to accept/decline applications on the forums? There is 7 admins so we can help employing people?

I think its more important to have an active face for the PD, one that can roleplay well as well, you might be right about his innexperience but he seemed to follow the rules well, and showed an understanding for how to roleplay.

We don't really need more people to accept applications, thats like a days wait after app max from what i've seen, we just need good people working there.

The PD is gradually gaining members, but it's a slow process and hopefully it won't take long for there to be enough PD members that balances out the orgs in the town.

I would like it if the Director and Commish would hire a Deputy and Head Doctor so that people can have authority over hiring when you are not around.

Please try to make it someone who is qualified, and in a different time zone.

the 2 doctors i see around the most is Albert Hoffman and Doug Propaganda, Albert joined the PD though.
