Agree, something needs to be done with the Central / gunspawn thing. Either he comes online way more, and if he can't he gives his consent/approval to an admin on the steam mobius friends group,or via forum message.. Least he could do is turn up to the server and employ some others to help him with the gunspawn thing..

The other issues are just opinions on ones RP skills / admining..

Yes, also I agree the PD needs a massive recruitment drive, hopefully more people will join the PD with the Mayors new Recruitment scheme [ if there's one -.- ]

My main problem is the pd there is no pd members at all azura needs to improve the pd or pass the job on to someone who can. I mean robbing is not the only form of rp i know that but for my org robbing and selling drugs and causeing trouble with the cops is the main form of rp. There needs to be a mass recruit for the pd then azura needs to train them properly.

Also the gunspawn is pissing me of central needs to employ more people who can sell the gun spawns because he is never online. Gun spawns are important to me because i run a crime org we needs weapons.

Well there are two other PD members but you aren't on when they are that problem is due to time differences and yes that DM server that Don set up might be used by azura to train PD members and yes I'm trying to do a mass recruitment of the PD member I'm just trying to deal with the MD since they have NO DIRECTOR ever on and when he is on (Like last night) He was RPing another character...One step at a time.

Edit: Also the majority of the server is already in an org....So it's a little hard to recruit for the PD and MD atm.
