Unban request

Hello there. First night on the server and already banned. However, the reason why I was banned was a misunderstanding. While I have no visual proof to present, I do have a witness.

The story is this.

An unemployed person by the name of.. Deeme I believe? Well, he came up to the group that I was role playing with asking for change. So, I figured I'd role play my character out and stand between the bum and my boss. At that point a flash bang goes off and everyone is kind of confused, I assume it was Deeme who set it off though cannot be sure. Anyhow, I watched as the KWC guys pulled out firearms and shot the bum up. After that, they secured the alleyway we were in until they saw Deeme again. They fired on him, so wanting to prevent another flash bang going off in my face I fired too. Only I was the one to chase him. Little did I know he'd taken residence behind Don Punch.

Yeah, so I saw the shadow of Punch and assumed it was Deeme (who was crouched behind him) and fired. I hit Don Punch, realized my error, then holstered the gun and ran off. The ban specified I was DMing, however this is not the case. I'd really appreciate if the ban was lifted.

Ya I witnessed it, Briggs is a great RPer and like I told you on steam Don it was a misunderstanding.

Its not quite how it went down from our perspective, but the issue remains the same. Deeem was the issue here, not I or my employees. We were standing there, when Deeem attacked me after running in circles around us. I didn't see a flashbang go off, but I know that he kicked me fairly hard. We then proceeded to shoot him up. We secured the alleyway, our territory, as it was evident how he was coming back repeatedly was that this was a DMer. Now, I don't know about you, but DMers make for great target practice for one, but the point remains, he would come back and we would shoot him. At some point, we stopped, as he had seemed to stop attacking us. He circled around me a few times, turned away, and backed up, trying to back-kick me. At this point, we blew him away again. Then I was banned, as well as my employee, Matt, for deathmatching.

Relize this though. If there is a dmer while an admin is on. Do not dm back.

I understand gun items cost money, so kill once and go inside and call admin.

I will not hesitate to ban anyone who is dming.
