Name: Efim Krill

Age: 27

Background: Efim Krill moved to Mevelport from Russia 3 years ago. He was born and raised in a small town within Russia.
At an early age his mother was killed because his father always got in deep with the 'sharks' and always needed escape plans.
Once Efim was at the age of 14 his father was nearly killed by a gun fight, but Efim made sure he got back safe. When Efim turned 18
his father committed suicide, which incidentally left all the dept from his father into his hands. He then started working with the police to
take down these gang members that were after him. After 4 years he finally killed the leader of the gang, but that did not look good for
him. He then moved to England in hopes of survival and a good life. He was riding in a bus when it stopped in Mevelport. He got off and
saw Police Recruiting. He then was going to try his hopes after a couple of years training himself. Now he is 27 and finally thought
he was strong enough to begin the application
