Background: Born and raised in Mevelport. Phil moved away from his parents to rent his own apartment. But when he couldn't support the rent pay, he went out looking for a job. Worked as a bodyguard for a while, even though he was young, he was very capable. Couldn't go back to his own parents as a bodyguard, so wanted to sign up as a PD to gain more respect so that his parents would be proud of him instead.

Past Work: Bodyguard, so has experience with guns and armed criminals.

Have you ever played as a PD Member?: Not really, well i have played as a "TEMP" officer, when the police needed extra hands, if that counts for anything.

Do you know what meta-gaming is?: Yes, it is when you prevent people from doing any action.

Do you know how to RP a robbery?: Yes, just the usual. Arrive at the area, scope out if robber still there and if any hostages. Start talking and negotiating with the robber, to try and calm him/her down and get them out of the store. Than cuff them and send them to jail.

Should you ever shoot without talking 1st?:No, you should always talk with. Unless of course they start shooting at you right away, than give off a warning shot first, and if they still try to shoot me, i would just return fire. I would try to attempt to capture, but if not possible (which is usually the situation), i would be forced to shoot and kill.
