Background(IC): Raised with his brother Austin in miami with their parents, Kim and Dave Urbanczyk. When Austin decides to move on with his life and join the police academy Andrew wants to go with him. After graduation they both move to Mevelport, Austin arrives a weeks before Andrew and gets a job at the local police department. Andrew moves in and also attempts to get into the local PD to be with his big brother.
