| Subject: Scripts for run walk, sit stand Wed Jan 14, 2009 8:11 pm | |
| These are 2 easy scripts for use in game
1st one is a walk/run toggle.
Walk/Run toggle alias walkon "-speed; alias togglewalk walkoff" alias walkoff "+speed; alias togglewalk walkon" alias togglewalk walkon
This is a sit/stand toggle with /me commands in it Do not replace your key for duck with this, you still need duck for jumping
Sit/Stand Toggle alias sit "+duck; say /me sits down; alias togglestance stand" alias stand "-duck; say /me stands up; alias togglestance sit" alias togglestance sit
Use one or both of them to make things easier
To use:
Make a file called userconfig.cfg (If you have trouble making a file with the .cfg as file type, then open a command prompt. and type) (cd\) (edit userconfig.cfg) (then save and exit, and open it with notepad --- It will be in your C:\ root directory)
Copy and paste the toggle(s) you want in the file.
Put file in your TS directory.
In game, bind a key to togglewalk, togglegrab, or togglestance. (Example. bind s "togglegrab") (Example. bind x "togglewalk") (Example. bind f7 "togglestance")
Then it will work like a charm in game. Press once to walk, again to run. once to grab, once to release.
It makes it easier than having to hold down a key the whole time | |
