Mevelport_r7 vs Mevelport_r9

Personally, i think r7 is a LOT better.

There are so many flaws with r9.

My main tiff is the layout is just so unbelievable and will isolate the back half of the map even more than before.

Also, its rather amusing that there are no hotel rooms in the actual building structure labeled HOTEL.

Bleh. I wants r7, but i know it wont change, so ill just leave this rage here.

there are hotel rooms there, arp just doesnt have rent mod so they are for sale.

What do you suggest to fix this? I just finished one of my other projects so if you can sketch me something that works, I might do it.

I think R7 is better.

You could almost abolish the whole 'back of the map' bit. Have the court next to the hospital, and put a lot more detail in elsewhere.

The acutal HOTEL building, with the sign on it could use a big redesign, to actually have a room or two in it.

The building that the FD used to be in is now empty, and it is really prime land for something good.

The diner could use a bit of sprucing up, maybe abolish the pool (or move it), make the diner a two story diner, which connects to the hotel . 2nd story would be nice with just tables and windows with a nice view.

I think the underground could use a redesign. A lot of it seems strange, due to the way the maps changed, but the underground stayed the same more or less. It could be much cooler. Maybe an underground water processing plant? With a water storage, and streams, make it nicer lit.

PD is fine.
7-11 is fine.

Mayors office lift could be prettier. and more like an enclosed lift. Also, the path/stairs up to the lift is a bit useless now, because it only leads to a lift. Maybe put a property past the lift.

The area outside apt B and hospital looks a bit too open and strange?
