In my opinion, you need to remove Painmod, tweak the maps so they don't get so blocked up (In particular, the RH HQ, civvies can get in easily) set the run speed to default, and set the jobs to a more clearer understanding.
Perhaps Cosmo could become a Server Owner here and help organize whatnot.

I'm just saying that a lot of people don't like Xalphox.... I'm not one of them but I thought it would be funny to qoute one of my TSRP friends.........
