Welcome to our second friday update. Today I'll be showing you the nanosuit. A nanosuit is a suit that enhances one's own physical abilities. With one, you can become stronger, faster, more enduring, or more furtive. The video below will give you an idea of how it looks.
As you can see, there are four different modes for the suit:
Strength - Enhances the damage you inflict on others.
Stealth - If you're careful, grants you the ultimate means through which to eavesdrop, assassinate, or observe others. Attacking or being attacked will disable the cloak.
Speed - Enhances your movement speed. You basically become extremely proficient at escaping from tight situations, or you could become the ultimate courier.
Shield - Reduces the damage inflicted on you by others.
Unfortunately, Don doesn't have anything to reveal from the new map yet, so that's all for this update. If he were further along, there would have been more than one feature revealed today, but I don't know when he's going to get back into his groove so I want to have plenty to show over future updates in case he stays lazy for a while.
Anyway, hope you guys are getting excited. I know I am. There are already a lot of exciting features written that I know most of you will enjoy.

You have a flaw with the Stealth and Speed mode. Example, Why use Speed mode when you can just cloak and just walk away from a robbery with the cops not knowing where you went. You should make it so that you're transparent when moving, but invisible when not moving. Otherwise I find Speed mode to be a bit pointless during robberies.

I didn't really get the idea from Crysis, I just couldn't think of anything original to call it and took sounds from it because they fit perfectly. It's very original for TSRP.

There are other uses for speed mode as I pointed out. Use your imagination.
I am aware, but you get the idea where they can just cloak and the cops get pissed and run around with their heads chopped off.

You are right, I don't think anyones actually gone and made one for TSRP but I have seen the idea tossed around. Was just pointing out how the suit has the same name and functions as the Crysis version. Looks good, looking forward to seeing more stuff.

Character sheet Hmm whats this now: ... An epic firefight0r?
If I were to make a suggestion on the suit... Perhaps my idea could prove useful...
You have the suit item, like you have there... But it starts off with nothing in it. By contacting a specified company, you can purchase "Upgrade Packs" or something along those lines... If that would be possible, you could "install" the upgrade to your suit to have the different abilities... But you would have to legitimately purchase each upgrade for your suit from a specified company somewhere in the server...
By creating "Defense Upgrade Pack" "Speed Upgrade Pack" and so on, you wouldn't have to include all the abilities in one suit... That way, it would at least cut down possible abuse SOME, because the moment someone gets their hands on the suit, they'll instantly be able to make themselves 100% invisible and escape from anything they want (like the robbery thing that was previously pointed out.)
Anyways, the upgrade packs would be a neat addon to the suit... Like I had said, people that get the suit (whether you pay for it, or get it for free at the start) it will easily be abused... And with the packs you'll need to purchase each ability for your suit... Seems like a good idea to me. ^^
Still, awesome addon there... I wish I could test it! ^^
