Jack Lockshaw:

Jack originally worked for the NSA. It was a complex job, and most of the stuff he did fell under Top Secret classification. Alot of it he wasent proud of. After One of the "Experements" he was placed in command of had a major setback on one of the department's joint projects with the DOD's DARPA agency (the loss of one of the experemental supersoldgers, one Kane Proto (SEE: KANE PROTO)), he gave it up. He quit his job and went back to his childhood hobby: Computers. After a few months, however, he started to miss the fast paced life. He started looking around for jobs that were close to what he wanted, but eventually gave up and started working for corps and orgs, along with the occasional third world country.

After a good run as a Freelance Spy, he got a callback from the NSA. They had heard of his work in Melvelport, and gave him a new mission. It appeared that an evil genius had set up shop on some remote desert island. When he came back, he remembered what fun he had working with the police, and how understaffed it was. Feeling pity, and not wanting to get shoved off of crime scenes as much, he applyed.

Kane Proto

Kane, According to the US government, Doesn't exist. At a very young age, he lost his parents in a car accident. He was adopted by the government for secret research testing purposes. Before the age of 7, he was cyberized. He was considered the ultimate achievement of science, a perfect blending of man and machine. He was to be part of a special tactical unit of soldiers. He was trained as a doctor, to care for his fellow hybrids. He and his squad dealt with things that most people wouldn’t be able to know about, let alone imagine even happened.
When he was 21, he was sent out on tactical strike mission. He was in a squad of 10, and was being assisted by bioroids. It was considered a soft target for the squad, but they still suffered casualties. While being moved to a new position, a mortar shell landed near him and exploded, causing him to lose consciousness. When he woke up, he was on an operating table, more hardware being replaced and implanted in him, along with a new exoskeleton. He didn't understand the purpose of it until they started retraining him. DARPA, a subsection of the DOD had mistaken him for one of the bioroids that had been assisting the squad. They kept adding and removing parts from him until he was more machine than man. They gave him enhanced intellect, along with a few other experimental pieces of equipment. He had become a lab rat, a nonexistent entity with the rights of a common laptop. He knew that he would meet his death if he stayed, so he started plotting his escape.
During a live fire exercise, he broke away from the course and escaped. Since he was classified, he was never reported missing. He wandered around the US, staying away from major population centers, until he was found by a secret organization. They never told him who they were, as they too assumed he was a bioroid. They shipped him out to a city they considered a priority, and tried to program him with orders. They eventually discovered, to their horror, that he was a cyborg. They started treating him like a normal member, assuming that he knew everything about the organization already. They gave him fake ID papers, and hoped against hope that he would pass for human, hoping that the exoskeleton would be mistaken for a new designer suit. Knowing that he needed cover in the city, they applied him for a job as a surgeon at the local hospital, taking his abilities into account.
Update 1
After Kane joined up with the MD, he found it drastically understaffed, and in need of more doctors. There was also a position open as director. He figured that sence he was the only doctor he ever saw, the chances of him getting the job were 98%. After some thought, he applyed.
Update 2
After working as the director for a while, Kane figured that he needed a change of scenery. He set up his affairs, and moved for a town that he was reccomended to by an online frend. That frend’s name was Felix Battlecrank. He said that there were a lot of people moving from shaunsville to make a new life there. He figured that it would be nice to meet some of the people that had lived in the same area, to further his knowledge of the sociological way things are suppost to work. Soon after, he packed his bags, left burbank, and moved to melvelport.

Felix Battlecrank

Felix was born in Detroit, a very large industrial city in Michigan. At the age of 6, he was given his first computer. Within days, his parents had noticed he had a 'gift' when it came to computer software. As he got older, his skill with computers only improved, and he was soon able to hack into Internet sites of low security.
When he was 17 (December 11, 2007), he tried hacking into a corporate database (DSVC). While inside, he lost control of the situation, and ended up crashing about forty five computers connected up to the database. With his quick wits, he was able to cover his tracks to the point of not being in danger of being arrested, but he became paranoid for a couple of weeks.
His parents thought it was stress, so they decided to send him to his aunt in New Zealand, thinking it would calm his nerves. They also wanted him to go on a short vacation, too, so they sent him on a safari in Africa. After the safari, on the way over to New Zealand, the plane had engine trouble, and had to land in Opalton, Queensland. Being angry at his parents for sending him in the first place, and recently having his 18th birthday, he filled out all the official papers to stay in the country, knowing well that his parents wouldn't be able to tuch him, and started traveling around Australia.
On his way to Diamantina National park, he had to switch buses at a city named Shaunsville. Seeing the opportunities that were possible in Shaunsville, he decided to stay there, and try to make a way for himself.
Before completing his schooling, He Started looking towards the future. With his knack for details, and his computer abilities, he decided to try on a career as a CSI. He researched all the appropriate channels, and applied to the right people. Unfortunately, he never lost his love for computer control.

Destro J. Omega

As a kid, Destro had a loving family. At the age of 6, he was prospering in the area of science. By age 12, he had decided to be a scientist. Unfortunitly, nothing good lasts forever. His father was in debut to a Mafia crime lord. When he couldent pay, they took him and beat him to death outside his house. Destro was forced to watch, and the things he saw traumatized him for life. His mother wasint able to cope, and eventually committed suicide. Destro was sent to live with his uncle, named Jeff B. Omega, who was never right in the head. One thing that both Jeff and Destro had in common, though, is that they both loved science. Jeff had set up a fully stocked labratory in his basement, so as he could experement with varius things. Needless to say, is wasn't uncommon to see Destro running down the stairs after an explosion of some sort, caused by Jeff's tinkering. All the while Destro was living with Jeff, he was in therapy. In therapy, he learned to not only overcome his emotions of seeing his father beaten to death, but he was able to controll most of them entirely. This did nothing to stop his love of science. At about the age of 18, he decided that he wanted to become a forensic scientest. Unfortunitly, around the same time that dicision was made, Jeff died of cancer of the brain. Sence Destro was able to live on his own now, he started looking for good areas to go. On his way to one of the apartments he was interested in in another city, his car ran off the road and crashed into a tree. When he woke, he found that he was in a small clearing with people surrounding him. They told him that they were the Elite Group of Super Bad Guys (E.G.S.B. for short), and that he was their prisoner. The E.G.S.B. held him captive for 6 years, producing new and ingenues ways to get by the cops. Lucky for him, the Anti-Terrorist Squad was sick and tired of having to deal with the pesky E.G.S.B. goons, and decided to start collecting increminating evidince. After about 6 months, they managed to collect enough to be able to get a warrent for a search and sezure procedure. The E.G.S.B. fought back, enabling the police to arrest them. At the age of 25, Destro was freed. Unfortunitly, some of the lead members of the gang got away, and they had brainwashed Destro into only thinking of crime and a set of numbers they gave him, saying it was his name (2 of 10). Destro, being free, went directly to the nearist town, which, as it happens, was MecklenBurg. When he first got their, he was amazed by the bright lights of the city (when your stuck in a jail cell for 6 years, you froget things). Thanks to only being forced to work on plans and prototypes for the E.G.S.B., he was able to recall his true identity and some of his memories. When he heard that there was some opinings at the police department, he rememberd something someone had once told him. It takes a thief to catch a thief, and sence he thought like one, thanks to being held captive, he applyed for the most logical position that he would be able to do.

Vladimir Maximilian

Raised on red hammer by foster parents, Maximilian did not have the happiest of childhoods. Already the bully's favorite due to his analytical mind, the young Maximilian became more isolated from his peers when he made the decision to become cybernetic against his parent's permission, incurring a weekend long beating from his father. Such early setbacks might have detoured lesser men, but only made Maximilian stronger. Fueled by a desire to prove his worth to the world, he started working with civil protection. Yet even with his new status, he found himself rejected by the friends and beautiful women he thought the job would get him. Spurned once more, he turned to misanthropy and began to plot his revenge. If he could not get the populous of Kridon 5 like him, he would make them fear him...
