What has the player done to deserve a ban: Came into the server, ran up to me, and punched and kicked me to death before I had time to react, no warning, no reason. Just after doing so...

Why you think the player should be banned: I think its that Juan fellow we ran in to earlier today, the grey fox model, who kept getting into the middle of RPs. I shot him several times as a result of this. Later on, he killed me himself, then dropped after I said "I'm so going to kill you" with which he responded "No you're not ,)" and dropped. I suspect he is one in the same.

Images, Proof, Demos, Witnesses etc...: None really, though Tegan, And Azure both witnessed the death, and him dropping.

And yes, I was there when Tiamo Killed Central and him leaving straight after the kill.

*Edit 2* - I'm actually RP'ing with Juan right now. I think he just needs to learn to not interupt RP's unless there is a real reason.
