Craig Mcrodney lived in mevelport his hole life lately he has been working at a small restaurant in town. The restaurant has been victim of armed robbery many times. Craig has noticed that the mppd are to slow at getting to the crime scene and even when the get there most of the time they are out numbered. Also the officers have not been trained to mppd guidelines many of them have no idea what they are doing. Craig has worked at the mppd in the past but was fired by the mayor who later turned out to be corrupt. In his time at the mppd he reached the rank of commissioner and his force was well trained and could deal with almost any situation. Soon after the mayor fired him the mayor was found dead in a alleyway behind the local bar. Craig promised not to go back to the mppd but what he has been seeing lately has changed his mind.

Yes but everyone who was going to join the org got other jobs because it took so along to get accepted. Kenny guo also has like a mafia a thing so i guess there is to much illegal shit. There is not enough cops and they do not know what they are doing. You need more police who know how to rp

Well, I would like someone in the PD to actually get promoted up to that position, So for now, I'll accept you as a captain / Superintendent. I'll decide on what rank when I get home, as I know you play during the hours I do.
