MPPD training sessions

(OOC) So, to get the MPPD started, we need to plan training sessions. It will involve accuracy shooting, using agility and practice climbing buildings, doing different kind of scenarios, etc. Im my schedule, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and of course the weekend works. Though we need to limit days so I wanna hear your guys opinions. Got any ideas too for the training sessions? Shoot at it.

I'd say Weekends or Fridays. Those work best for me.

I was also thinking of training officers of higher ranks to lead the soldiers when im absent, so the schedule can be a little diverse. The objective in these training sessions is also seeing who deserves a promotion (demotion, and sometimes idiots who need to be fired,) so its basically your guys opinions that will make up your future in the PD.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Eventually, some people will be re-learning the same stuff while new recruits actually get the stuff down. What I was thinking was that you teach the current PD everything we need to know and appoint some of us as trainers who then train the new recruits.

(( I am thinking of opening a 2nd server with a rotation of dm maps. I can put my police training facility on it too if you would like to train on it. I would just add a couple of high ranking officers as admin on that server so they could change to that map and lock the server when needed))
