How do fines work?
If you pay the fine, you only do the set amount of hours listed, if you DO NOT pay, you now serve 1 hour for every $50 not payed.
The laws:
Felonies
Assault*
Harming another person intentionally in any means possible.
3 hours and $100, Put on Permanent Record.
Assault with a deadly weapon*
Harming another person intentionally with an object.
5 hours and $200, Put on Permanent Record.
Robbery*
Stealing money from a business or individual.
8 hours and $400, Put on Permanent Record.
Armed Robbery*
Stealing money from a business or individual using an object.
12 hours and $500, Put on Permanent Record.
Homicide*
Killing someone intentionally in any way possible.
15 hours and $600, Put on Permanent Record.
1st Degree Homicide*
Killing someone intentionally with evidence that the murder was premeditated. (I.E. a Proved Assassination, must be STRONG evidence for this)
20 hours and $800, Put on Permanent Record.
Illegal Weapons
- Using anything be it a rifle or explosive that is specifically banned from civilian use.
4 hours and $300 Put on Permanent Record.
Bribery/Blackmail*
Bribing a government employee.
INSTANT DISMISSAL FROM GOVERNMENT JOB for accepting bribe, $300 fine to both parties and 5 hours.
Misdemeanors
Trespassing
Being in or on a property that doesnt belong to you without clearance to do so.
((Roofwalking will fall under this law))
$50 fine
Disturbing the Peace*
Disturbing the Peace in anyway, harassment, being overly loud, etc.
$75 fine
Possession
Possessing drugs.
$100 fine
Weapons
Possessing a legal weapon without a license.
$150 fine and put on Permanent Record.
Vandalism
Spray painting or destroying property by anyone other than the owner.
$200 fine, Put on Permanent Record and employer called (//lol).
Weapons Laws
Weapon Restrictions (Civilian)
- No rifles
- No contender, ruger, or desert eagle
- No SMGs
- No explosives
- No swords
Weapon Restrictions (Officer)
- No contender or ruger EVER.
- No swords or seal knives. EVER.
- Officers are only allowed to use other illegal weapons when the highest in charge on duty decides to allow it in serious situations like armed robbery with multiple offenders or with high powered weapons. Otherwise, officers are free to use either the Beretta 92FS and the Five-Seven though.
