I'm pretty sure anyone who isn't just trying to be a douche will agree. I cant even talk in ooc right now because I was taped while I was checking the forums. Maybe we should put it to a vote.

lol I think they should remove the NPC totally, put it one in the Rebel hole and one in the government, that way the only the "right" people can get a hold of it, rope N' tape is kinda usefull if you want to capture someone Very Happy

Nah I disagree you can rp taping someones mouth shut, them being fucked after the rp for 30 minutes is lame.

I'm pretty sure Hawk cbf with something as minor as that and is dealing with the bigger issues of ARP.
