Definitions
Powergaming – Doing something without giving the other a chance to fight back/ doing something that is impossible to do... ex.

Example – If three people are pointing guns at you, you pull a gun out of your ass and shoot them all, or just kung fu them...

Metagaming – Bringing Out of Character info In Character, or the other way around.

Example – You hear some guys talking in ooc about their plan to rob a bank, so you go and tell the cops about it In Character and get them all arrested.

Why do you feel you are suited for Admin /+ forum moderator?: I think I can be an admin because I am on usually a couple of hours everyday, and on weekends at any time. I know how to admin a server and what to do to Deathmatchers and everything... Forum mod... eh.. I'd be better off with just server admin, sometimes i forget to check forums

In your words, please describe how you think a server should be administrated.
(ie. what punishments for what crimes, etc.)

Deathmatching punishment should be
First Offense : Warning
Second Offense : Kick
Third Offense : Ban for an hour
Fourth Offense : Three hour ban and warning that next is Perma-ban
Fifth Offense : Permanent Ban

Metagaming
First Two Offenses : Warnings
Third and Forth : Kick
After : Kick or Ban based on admins/your Judgement

Powergaming
Same as Deathmatching, simply with third being a kick and then sixth ending with permaban
