TF2 Balance?

Recently Team Fortress 2's Pyro achievement weapon "The Backburner" was nerfed when the HP Bonus was cut, is the game now fair for anyone else that didn't have the Back burner and/or uber?

It really doesn't matter to me since I usually have a medic healing me most of the time. They didn't need that hp gain in the first place ._. so I dunno.

I fail and haven't earned any unlocks. D:

Also needs Sniper update for great justice.

To be honest, i think the +50hp was deserved. I mean who ever has their back to a Pyro?

Compression Blast is VERY good. I think the lack of it deserves 50hp more. A lot of people just dont use it though...

On the other hand, Pyros shit me up the wall, and id rather see them with 1hp.

ok. Listen Ive been a pyro since before the orange box came out. I got to beta test the game before you could preorder. And i know more than you do. But

1. 50 plus makes him more stronger than a soldier. The pyro, quote from valve "The class is an ambush class that jumps or flanks the enemy when the least expect it." So, if you are an ACTUAL pyro, their backs are always towards you. and second, the pyro is an ambush class, he doesnt need the 50 plus health for 2 reasons, because he gets crits from the back, and he AMBUSHES.

Compression blast, 50hp, no. no. and no. And lots of people use it now since they took the hp bonus, because ppl only used the back burner because it gave them more health. and now it doesnt, so people use the normal flamethrower cuz it gets crits from all angles and it has the compression blast.

Well said. I most certainly agree with you - although i still dislike Pyros.

I would dance circles around you with mah scout, as well as stab you in the face(not that I wont stab you in the back but straight in the face.) with my spy.

It's all about the demoman.

Its all about dodging explosions and pipe bombs with your speediness and double jumps with the scout.

It's all about using up and missing $500,000 worth of ammo with the heavy.

And all that missing is due to shooting at scouts!

The demoman is a class for cowards and the sniper CAN be useful, but usually isn't. The sniper class is fine and needs no update. We need either a Scout or Spah upgrade. Preferably spah.

Disregarding Scott's last sentence, that was the only serious statement I've heard from this Alpha Male.

Nah, they don't need those either.

The spy has a few things that need fixing. Just a few.

1) The backstab animation takes too long. Longer than the normal stab, and anyone who plays spy a lot knows that it can cause no end of shit.

2) Dispensers/that locker thing should refill the cloak-o-majigger.

3) Something else I can't remember.

Either way, just look at this fake spy update some guy made for some good ideas.
