Rules:
Absolutely no DM. (Unless its a Gangwar, and that'll only last for a few minutes.)
Absolutely no RK.
Absolutely no metagaming, this will get you kicked out of the organization extremely fast.
If you fuck up, one must receive a "G Check". (A punch in the face)
If you fuck up twice, you will be demoted and jumped.
If you fuck up three times, your out of the gang, and either a CK (If admin agrees), or we just fuck you up really bad.
We deal drugs and weapons, nothing else. We don't sell lockpicks and that sort of thing.
No one gets in unless they are great RP'ers, and they don't just get
in, they have to earn it by being a good RPer on the server already.
You must pledge yourself to Crip, if you are caught dealing with enemy gangs, you will be killed on spot and jumped.
You will not take shit from anyone. (Not a reason to DM, just RP it.)
If hired for a job, you better do it. Or you will receive a "G check". (Yes we can be hired for jobs, tell you later in the applications).

Purpose & History:

Steven stepped foot into Burbank for the first time. The weird darkness and scary features sent the emotion of shock into his brain. For he had never seen so much emotion in one place. Coming from a city named Mevelport, Steven was used to seeing violence. He was with a major Mafia in the city. When he was in Mevelport, he always witnessed people getting fucked up all the time. He ran drugs, and weapons making a killing. He was powerful there, no one could stop him. He wanted to make the same pay by doing what he loved, selling drugs and weapons illegally. But unfortanently, he was new to this enviorment he didn't know where to start. He was alone with no place to go, though, an idea popped right into his head. He would set up a major crime export, like his Mafia in Mevelport. He would set up a "Set" under Crip. He could tell this task would not be easy, for he had no one to go too. He named the set T.B. 187. (True Blue 187, 187 stands for the California Police Code for "Assault".) He would soon start making deals with the thugs, and criminals around him. He would start off just selling illegal drugs, maybe one day, sell weapons.

Jobs:

Crip King - Keeps an eye over his Set. He makes sure everything goes right from within and out of the Drug Dealing. He leads his Soldiers and Dealers to Drug Lords to get their supplies. He also makes Allies with neutral gangs, and overseers deals with them.

Crip Made Soldier - These are the Crip King's finest Soldiers. They have either done something very good to earn this rank, or must have been very good friends with him. He overseers the lower ranks, and looks after Crip when the King isn't around. But just like every ember, he can get a "G" check, and he can get demoted.

Crip Drug Lord - A drug runner under Crip, he orders the drugs and makes sure they come through. If the deal is bad, he sends Soldiers to fix what was fucked up.

Crip Drug Dealer - After the Drug Lord receives the shipment, the drugs go to the Drug Dealer. He then deals the drugs to honorary buyers. He keeps the money he earns, but at certain times on the month, a certain amount of his pay goes to the Crip King. He then breaks it up the money, and splits a share with the Drug Lord to buy more drugs.

Crip Soldier - The thing that holds Crip together, its Soldiers. With out Soldiers, Crip would get no where. No protection, no jobs, nothing. The job of the Soldier is to make money anyway he can until he becomes a Drug Dealer. This means doing jobs of protection, reppin' our colors, protecting drug dealers, etc. The money the Soldier makes goes to the Crip King and breaks it up amongst the Drug Lord to buy more drugs.

Whatever max pay for leader of an orgranization, the rest of the ranks in 5$ less pay.

you are missing the point, I have certain rules and requirments for org's. Also, you need 3 other members to even be considered for an org.
