Here is a link to a plugin that is like carmod but allows the vehicles to fly, like starships. I believe there is collision detection so they can't go through walls ect.

Perfect for what I was talking about yesterday. Takes care of the problems we came up with, and if you added a spaceport or remote landing sites that could be patrolled every once in a while, this could add a ton of RP, involving smuggling, crime, etc.

Problem is, the skybox is custom ly shapped, it isnt just a huge open area between the space station and the moon base.

Then change it Razz Make it a mecklenburg sized square containing the moon, then around a corner put the space station. This will allow for flyage of folks, and make a seperate track for the current ship.

it will make the whole place on 1 leaf and therefor lag to high hell, if it would even compile

good suggestion, maybe later on, but not at this point in development.

shucks. Sad

Third map with open space, and just some spaceship ports from the station and the moon, for spaceship wars, as well as smuggling RP? It'd be super hard to do things like patrol all the areas with police type people, but I think it'd be possible, if we could find a third server host.
