*All around the city, TV screens blur out then show a terrorist broadcast.*

"Hello, my name is Shadow. I have just recently stolen military documents and have them in a safe place. I can easily bring down the Reborn in New Ufa by meeting with a rebel leader and giving him these documents. I request 75,000 credits by October 1st, if you do not, the insurgency will begin, resulting in massive damage to the military, and the people of New Ufa.....And you may never know where they are, for your radar is now....let's say it is unreliable now....I will call you for the meetings, you don't call me.....Long live the Prime Minister!

*The broadcast immediately cuts off after the word minister and returns to the original show.*

*The newsreporter took as many notes as he could before the news cut off*

*Inspector Santoro took off to look for the Prime Minister, hoping he had some information on this problem*

Grand Admiral Stanimir Emil sits in his private quarters aboard the RNS Chernobyl, going through various after-action reports made by fighter and bomber pilots, on his computer is the New Ufa new's channel so Stanimir can keep somewhat up to date with the news. Suddenly the screen changes to the terrorist called 'Shadow.'

Once the message ends, Stanimir takes a swig of Vodka and sighs,

"Amateurs."

He pushes a button opening a com channel with Captain Vasili currently on the bridge,

"Captain, heighten the bombing runs on the colony, after all, the entire planet is under our control, if Yosyp calls, tell him the Premier ordered it."

"Yes sir!"

Walking through the streets of New Ufa for a breath, Chief Medical Officer L. Linn felt the very ground shaking beneath his feet. Immediately he looked to the southern skies only to see a V-formation of Reborn bombers. Phone in hand Linn began to record the flight as small objects began to fall a great distance from TriCorp Facility and Military Base. Jumping from the planes to the objects, he recorded as steady as he could until what could only be described as an earth quake sent him off his feet.

A wind of dust blanketed New Ufa for but a few moments. While the air cleared the shaken and coughing CMO again looked to the south. The lull of the planes far gone now, he observed the mile of smooth sands and charred vehicles.

The feed saved to his phone's memory card he quickly dialed the Military Base.

"Sergeant this is Chief Medical Officer Linn serial number 314816 and I need to the speak to the admiral now! Yes... I understand that... Believe me if I don't hear that old bastards voice on the line in five seconds I'll have my forty-five so far up your ass..."

*The Professor stands up from the protector cubicle*

"Secret documents? Really? Probably the admirals porn stash."

Michael jumped out of the shower to catch the ending of the broadcast. He quickly dried himself off and got in full military outfit. Before leaving his house he grabbed his glock under the middle cushion of his couch and put it on the inside of his belt while running out the door.

As he got in the elevator and pressed the button to get to floor level he lifted up his helmets visor and held down 1 on his cell phone which automatically dials Admiral Yosyp's direct line. As the admiral picked up Michael quickly said "Admiral what is our plan of action?" assuming that the Admiral had seen the broadcast.

*Judge Bolzenheim stands in front of the media*

To the so-called "rebel" who thinks he's a vigilante, I say no to your offer. Unfortunately, we do not negotiate with blackmailers/terrorists like you.

And to the citizens of the city, there is nothing to worry about. Our military will not fall. They will stand strong and continue to protect our city, as they are doing so right now.

*A 2nd broadcast appears*

"I hope you are satisfied with New Ufa as it is and enjoy it, my threat was quite real. I shall now enjoy watching the military burn as rebels march forth into the base."

"Ha, I bet these rebels don't even have APC's or Tanks, no matter." the Grand Admiral said, once again turning on the com channel,

"Captain, give the order to move the 873rd and 231st armored divisions into New Ufa, target Rebel strongholds, get some regular helicopter patrols around the Military base."

*The TV screen switches to another broadcast from the "Shadow"*

"My dear admiral, I am offended for not receiving a reply from you. Do you think I am some want to be terrorist who's threats are not real? We will soon find out if you do not pay up. However, on another subject, I have to show you what will be happening to some more military personal if you do not stop the bombings on New Ufa."

*Switches to a tape which was recorded on a hidden tape in a local bar
The tape shows a reborn soldier on the ground, gagged and bound, with a man who's face is blurred next to him pointing a gun to the soldier's head. He whispers a few words to the soldier, then shoots. The soldier's face is somewhat blurred also, but identifiable. The face of James Havoc.*

"Your soldier's life was ended. His soul left his body as fast as the bullet killed him. He was killed by fate, which is unstoppable. Fate is our master as soon as we are born, and we are it's slave. Fate stops us, we do not stop it. And fate will bring down the Reborn empire!"

*The TV switches back to the show "Everyone Respects Mike"*

Devon watches in horror about the events
He stands up from the bar in which he is watching the broadcast

"Time to go." He leaves the check and walks outside. There he meets hundreds of military personnel and vehicles. He makes his way toward the lab when he is stopped and questioned by a cocky Sergeant.

After answering the questions he gets to the lab. He walks into the lobby and flashes his clearance and the security guard lets him through. He grabs his coat, wallet, and a box full of bare essentials.

He calls the brothers Kalashnikov and they decide to get on the next flight to the Space Station. When they arrive they are told to go back home. Instead they sneak into a cargo ship and get to the Space Station. Once there they take the shuttle to the Moon Base and make their way to the Kalashnikov brothers quarters. Once there they all go to sleep.

The Grand Admiral yawns at the sight of the executed soldier, knowing he has millions more who can take his place from the reserves.

Sitting back in his facility watching the broadcast and leans forward. Squinting a bit, he makes out the face of James Havoc and thinks a moment. A bullet casing ejects from the gun as blood paints the floor, and on the television screen what was the face of a naive and moronic young man now had been reduced to what could only be the wounded of war. Lying on his back, jaw blown off, James coughed frantically as blood streamed from what was now his mouth. His eyes darted back and forth, it was obvious the young man was in excruciating pain and as the broadcast exclaimed a proud voice there lie James rolling in his own blood still barely alive.

When the broadcast shut off Linn eased back into the comfort of his chair and loaded a bowl. Packing the weed just right, he held the pipe to his lips and inhaled deeply. Smoke held in his lungs, images of the killing flashed into his mind much like those of Thanatos and Hypnos before the project.

Letting out a thick cloud of smoke he sighed, "And another one bites the dust," and began to laugh until he fell from his chair and was joined by several medical staff who had also seen teh broadcast and found its humor unmerciful. Together, the entire medical staff laughed as James Havoc bled to death slowly on their screens.

*TV switches to yet another broadcast*

"GIVE ME RANSOM OR GIVE ME DEATH!!!!"

*broadcast ends*

*Al Righten is sitting ontop of a roof building looking down onto the city with his binocularsand laughs*

*Cpl. Gauss is just back to the base from patrol, and he hears an ufficial talking about Havoc's death. Matthew smirks at the notice and get back to work without giving it importance.*

*The Professor walks into the Military base where he is tackled and taken captive. He then is questioned about the situation.*

"Who is this man?" the soldier asks
"I don't know" responds Devon

*The soldier takes the butt of his rifle and smacks him across the face with it*

"You don't know huh?"
"Nope."
"Well then, I know you know that I know you know who he is. You know?"
"I don't know dammit." *Spits blood*

*The soldier leans down next to Devon*

"If you don't tell me, I can just kill you right here. No one will ever know." *Begins to twist silencer to the end of his pistol. The soldier takes the blindfold off of Devon and points the handgun right between his eyes.* "So tell me now." *Slides the hammer back*

*Fearing death, Devon begins to pray under his breath.*
*The soldiers finger begins to pull on the trigger. Suddenly an officer bursts into the room.*

"What are you doing Sergeant?!" asks the officer
*The Sergeants stiffens up* "Nothing sir."
"Nothing? It looks as if you were about to blow that mans brains out." responds the officer
"I thought he was the terrorist." the Sergeant says quickly.
"Nonsense, let him go. Immediatly."

*The Sergeant unties Devon and the officer grabs Devon by the arm and leads him away.*
*Devon goes back the lab for a drink.*

*Unloads his gun from shooting someone*

*takes off mask*

Jack Selvon thinks"They'll never know,they'll never know."

Jack Selvon gets on his CP mask and goes to the CP.

*walks to the CP*

*walks in to armory to see everyone watching a video of the death*

*calls Cpl.Matthew Guass*

"It's done we did it"Jack Selvon says

"I know" Cpl.Matthew says.

*One down, a 100 million more to go....

*looks away from his phone that showed the broadcast and continues picklocking the door to the Reborn hangar

*he hears footsteps and flees the scene
