Losing a lot of Old Rpers, new Rpers don't like strict RP...

What I have noticed this past year are old RPers keep saying TSRP is dead and they either gave up on it or moved to Garry's Mod, and the new RPers aren't too fond of Strict Role Play and would rather go to a server where there pay is like 100 and gun spawns are like 10K for a MG... When they can't make a Org. on good servers they run to shitty servers who would accept any Org. and its bothering me tons right now... like what the fuck why would you go to a server where all the Orgs. have names from recent movies and nothing is original anymore... I mean come on. Is there anyway to actually get people to come RP without them having to have an Org.? I mean seriously 20 people make a shitty Org. App. and expect it to be made and when its not they don't even try to come in and RP they just leave to one of those shitty shit servers, I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea to get more actual RPers to come to the server instead of dumb asses who spam lock pick or rob spam than bitch for 30 minutes for being thrown in jail.

Too late to do something about this. It has been going on for the past few years, not just one. 0 chance of revival. It fucking sucks.

Anyways, I sorta don't mind having tonnes of orgs with cheap gun spawns, because it actually gives you something to do rather than walk around in circles 24/7 waiting for someone to actually do something, especially in my time zone when I can actually play, around 4-8PM assuming I don't have any homework there is only a few people on the server who are idling. I'd rather get in, run around with some guns and start fights with people in game like street fights, gang wars, jail breaks etc because then we're all actually keeping ourselfs amused.

A typical RP on mobius on my timezone is like:

*Everyone has been walking around town for 5 minutes*

Random: Hi
(Insert shitty conversation here)

Then when me and Craig decided to try an RP involving hostage situation, a certain police comissioner wouldn't RP with us. That was the last time I played Mobius RP besides FNG. More people would play if it wasn't so boring. Also the problem right now is that 90% of us Aussies are at school when all you guys are on.

The problem is people start complaining, I mean holy fuck Edward sent me a complaint that one of my members didn't want to RP with him, I mean the guy doesn't like Edward so I don't expect him to RP with him, than comes the part where cops say there bored, no action, than when we try to create a scenario for them, they start complaining, I got like 50 complaints for 1 to 3 of my guys robbing once every 5 hours, I mean you fucken serious? like once every 5 hours and they sent me a complaint... Well Don added the "No Idling Mod" so people can't go afk and money farm anymore.

Cops got pissed off at us too, because we had guns and robbing things in large groups.

Well I even decided to tell members only carry pistols to do robberies and that still doesn't please them.
