Request for Shotgun Usage Permission

I believe access to the Spas 12 shotgun in the police armory would greatly increase my success rate in robbery's. In most of the robbery's i experience the purp(s) don't just have simple pistols like 5-7's, they typically have machine pistols, shotguns, and even assault rifles. I think this shotgun would greatly increase my chance of survive in these situations if i was fired on. The shotgun (Spas 12) has a large spray (multi pellet) as well as both pump action and semi automatic functions equipping me for singe fire or multi fire (on multiple targets). With this shotgun it would greatly increase my robbery success rate.

Other info: // I promise not to abuse the Spas 12, and assure you it is needed regularly at robbery's (it is common that im shot at). and the standard issue 5-7 (although good) just doesn't cut it when i have a AK-47 being fired at me.

Now, onto the actual serious part.))

You will need to be tested on your firing ability first and promoted. For no reason do I want constables running around with excemptions to the weapon restrictions, as it would cause other constables to complain and then whine to me about getting said excemption.

Also, This way, It would motivate the current constables, as we have too many, to actually apply themselves at doing their job better and go for promotions.
